Long, wide and sandy, Padaro Lane is a private sanctuary from the world.

The depth and amount of sand on Padaro Lane is the greatest and most consistent of all the local beaches on which there are homes, making Padaro Lane one of the most desirable beach choices for home ownership.

It is very difficult for the public to access the cove, given the large seawall projecting seaward at Padaro’s eastern end and the cliffs at its western end.

Consequently, homeowners enjoy miles of quiet, sandy beach with rarely an intruder’s roving eye.

The crescent shape and topography of Padaro Lane offers something for everyone.

On Padaro’s eastern end, the cottages are situated right on the sand on the smallest lots (generally with 50′ beach frontages), but they enjoy the best views of the sunsets and coastline up to Santa Barbara.

Along Padaro’s mid-section, there are larger homes on acre sized lots on a gentle knoll, elevated just enough to afford gorgeous views of the entire cove but without risk of wave damage.

Just west of the knoll of Padaro Lane, Beach Club Road is a gated, private road off Padaro Lane with 9 beachfront and 18 non-beachfront homes.

On Padaro’s western end, the homes are blufftop and all are on multiple acres.

Each owner along the Padaro Lane beach says they have the “best view on the Lane” and they are all correct!
